• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and recovery to support brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Collect and dispose of trash following procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors as required.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and return to proper placement.
• Clean designated areas using approved materials and equipment.
• Assist with cash handling and checkout when needed.
• Engage customers about rewards programs and private label credit cards.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and stocking workflows.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; ensure compliance with laws.
• Work environment includes standing long hours, lifting, and occasional outdoor duties.
