Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store position in which you will maintain a clean and welcoming environment, assist customers, and support store operations. You will stand for long periods, handle cash, and participate in BOPIS/SFS processes as needed.

The role requires a customer-focused approach, ability to move around the store, and adherence to safety and SOPs. On-site work and flexible hours including nights/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of assigned areas and maintain store cleanliness according to SOPs.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and assist shoppers in locating products.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and stock replenishment.
• Support safety and shrink programs and follow company policies.
