Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a team member to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, supporting the business needs with integrity and respect.

You will ring sales, promote loyalty programs, and help drive store recovery while adhering to labor and safety policies. Prior retail experience is a plus in a fast-paced off-price environment.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and keeps the store clean and organized.
• Supports safety, loss prevention, and labor policy adherence.
• Other duties as assigned.
