Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality and efficient services to customer base adhering to all procedures and practices.
• Promotes cross-selling and refers customers to peers and team members.
• Balances the cash fund at the end of each shift and reports discrepancies.
• Receives claims or inquiries from customers or potential customers and escalates as needed.
• Promotes and provides information on the bank’s products, services and channels.
