Job summary

The role requires a technical associate degree or credits in Business Administration, one year of cash-handling or retail experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or approved credits in Business Administration or related field required.
• One year of retail, customer service or cash-handling experience required.
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality and efficient services to customers.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, checks, and transfers with accuracy.
• Promote bank products and cross-sell to customers.
• Balance cash fund and maintain cash controls at end of shift.
• Maintain logs and report discrepancies to supervisor.
