Oriental is seeking an Associate, Retail Channel (Teller At-Large) to deliver superior customer service, process transactions, and promote bank products. This on-site role rotates across multiple Puerto Rico branches, requiring travel based on business needs.

The position requires an associate degree or approved credits in Business Administration, and at least one year in retail or cash handling, with bilingual English/Spanish being preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or credits in Business Administration or related field required.
• One year of retail, customer service or cash register experience required.
• Fully bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to multitask with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality customer service and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Promote bank products and cross-sell to customers per policy.
• Balance cash and reconcile transactions at shift end.
• Maintain workstation controls and adhere to policies and procedures.
