Oriental Bank is hiring an Associate, Retail Channels (Bilingual Teller) for on-site work in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service through teller transactions and virtual interactions, while building customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Spanish), possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and have 1 year of customer service or sales experience. Banking knowledge and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Competenze

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.
• 1 year of customer service, call center or sales experience required.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving and documentation skills required both verbal and written.
• Good telephone etiquette, listening and communication skills required.

Mansioni

• Serve customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner through teller transactions and virtual interactions.
• Perform teller transactions and balance cash daily as per procedures.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank areas.
• Resolve customer questions and issues using problem-solving and knowledge of banking procedures.
• Promote and explain Virtual Teller technology to enhance the customer experience.
