The ideal candidate brings college coursework or degree, two years of retail store management, strong leadership, solid computer skills, and the stamina to manage inventory and payroll while driving profit and growth.

Qualifications

• Post high school education, college coursework or degree desired.
• Two years of retail store operations experience.
• Strong supervisory/leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs personnel management, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Schedules work assignments and facilitates weekly or monthly staff meetings.
• Monitors, evaluates and maximizes customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Develops and implements the store marketing program.
• Manages Center financials and provides reporting.
• Manages inventory.
• Reviews daily employee timesheets and processes payroll.
• Oversees Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
