Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and lead to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs personnel management including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Schedules work assignments and leads staff meetings.
• Monitors and maximizes customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Develops and implements the store marketing program.
• Manages center financials and prepares reporting.
• Oversees inventory and payroll processing.
• Maintains center cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
