Hourly Rate: $15.00 Bonus Pay: Up to $250/month

Qualifications

• No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Organizational skills and ability to interact with a diverse work population.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers entering the store, assist on the sales floor, and answer phones professionally.
• Operate the store cash register, handle transactions, and balance the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and rotate merchandise efficiently.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with management support.
• Uphold cleanliness standards through sweeping, dusting, mopping, and shining surfaces.
• Build positive relationships with team members and leadership, collaborating cross-functionally.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain hazard-free work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code.
• Safeguard assets, report theft or unauthorized possession, and adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
