Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers as they enter the store, assist on the sales floor, and answer the phone professionally within three rings.
• Operate the store cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions, process discounts, and balance the register.
• Maintain the store by stocking, straightening, rotating items, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer complaints by requesting support from managers.
• Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and shining surfaces.
• Build positive relationships with team members and leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve communication.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain a hazard-free environment by removing obstructions and debris.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with dress code standards.
• Protect agency assets, including cash, donated, and purchased items, reporting any incidents of theft or unauthorized access.
• Comply with all agency policies, procedures, safety, and security regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
