Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers entering the store, assist on the sales floor, and answer the phone professionally within three rings.
• Operate the store cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions, process discounts, and balance the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness by stocking, straightening, rotating items, and cleaning surfaces.
• Coordinate with managers for returns, exchanges, and customer concerns.
• Ensure store safety by maintaining a hazard-free environment and following safe work practices.
• Uphold a professional appearance in accordance with dress code standards.
• Protect store assets, including cash and donated items, and report theft or unauthorized access.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Benefits
