Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers, assist on the sales floor, and answer phones professionally.
• Operate the store cash register, handle transactions, and balance the register.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and maintain store cleanliness efficiently.
• Request assistance for returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with team members and leadership.
• Follow safe work practices and keep aisles clear of obstructions.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with dress code.
• Safeguard assets from harm, damage, or theft, and report incidents.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
