Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, including planning and advisory services, while maintaining strong client relationships in a retail setting. You will collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to deliver a seamless experience, empower clients with proactive guidance, and grow TurboTax

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season using commercial tax software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s financial picture and advise on related Intuit solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and cross-sell bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
