Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round Business Tax Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, provide tax planning guidance, and support software tools.

You’ll act as the primary contact for clients, maintain relationships, and help grow TurboTax client base in local communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax preparation experience for multiple clients
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, minimum 30 returns per year
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare both consumer and business tax returns
• Develop relationships and upsell other Intuit services like bookkeeping or payroll
• Serve as on-site TurboTax Expert and community ambassador in retail locations
