Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert tax advice for individuals and business entities, while acting as the primary relationship owner for clients.

In this on-site role, you’ll collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists as needed and help expand TurboTax’s community presence through local marketing and client outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience for both consumer and business clients.
• Seasoned personal tax preparation experience (min 3 seasons) with multiple returns.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and QuickBooks is a plus and recommended.
• Comfortable working onsite in a TurboTax store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Develop relationships and offer integrated services like bookkeeping and payroll.
