Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. On-site, you’ll provide full-service tax preparation and expert tax advice for individuals and business entities, while building lasting client relationships.

You’ll leverage Intuit resources to grow the local TurboTax client base, participating in community outreach and delivering personalized guidance in a frontline retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal/state business tax return prep for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round tax guidance for small businesses.
• State licenses or ability to obtain required licenses.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax locations, including weekends, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Develop relationships and introduce complementary services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing and community outreach.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping specialists to ensure a seamless service experience.
