Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and entities, like sole proprietors and partnerships, while offering strategic tax guidance and software support in-store. You’ll own client relationships as the primary contact, collaborating with bookkeeping specialists when needed, and expanding TurboTax services within the local community through

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with 3+ years and 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with 30 returns per year in a tax setting.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and QuickBooks familiarity; willing to upskill.
• Experience with business tax returns (1065/1120-S) and year-round guidance.
• Must reside in the United States and possess/state licenses as needed.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week in a TurboTax store.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.
• Be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem by matching clients with Intuit services beyond tax filing.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, clear guidance.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador and engage with local marketing efforts.
• Grow local client base and participate in community events and outreach.
• Lead marketing initiatives with TurboTax to make taxes accessible locally.
