Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, while advising on planning and software support.

Qualifications

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience with at least 30 returns per year.
• Experience in business tax returns (1065 / 1120-S) for multiple clients.
• Familiarity with filing rules and Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship locations.
• Must reside in the United States and wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize taxes, and plan for the future.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping and payroll support to ensure seamless service.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally and represent TurboTax in the community.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and digital channels.
