Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, acting as the primary relationship owner and offering guidance on tax strategy, planning, and software support.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping teams as needed to support clients’ needs, including basic payroll and other accounting tasks, while growing the local TurboTax

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax returns experience.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and QuickBooks proficiency.
• Experience with business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for clients.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Front-facing retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and recommend Intuit solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and drive client loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via digital tools.
