Job summary

INTUIT, INC. seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to deliver hands-on tax advice and full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities at a TurboTax store.

You will manage client relationships, offer year‑round tax planning, and collaborate with bookkeeping specialists as needed to provide a seamless financial service experience. You will be the local ambassador, building trust and driving growth of TurboTax services within the community while working onsite with a collaborative

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience for federal and state returns.
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws and handling multiple clients per season.
• Experience with 1065 and/or 1120-S business returns for compensation.
• Seasonal personal tax prep experience with at least 30+ returns per year.
• Basic bookkeeping understanding; willingness to upskill in QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for consumers and businesses.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
• Act as a trusted guide, offering tax planning and advisory services beyond filing.
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing efforts and community events.
