Job summary

Intuit, a leader in financial software, is seeking enthusiastic Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, and act as the primary client relationship owner, integrating bookkeeping and payroll where needed.

The role emphasizes local community engagement, ongoing client acquisition, and a high standard of customer service in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per year.
• General bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill in QuickBooks.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax locations, including Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as a trusted guide, expanding cross-services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver year-round tax support.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and assist local marketing efforts.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional conduct.
