Job summary

Intuit is hiring on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to provide comprehensive tax preparation for individuals and small businesses at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will own client relationships, deliver tax strategy and filing services, and expand the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.

Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor, leveraging Intuit resources, and collaborating with bookkeeping and payroll specialists as needed to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal/state business tax returns experience (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, ~30 returns per year, in a taxed practice or retail setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; willing to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience in business tax returns and year-round tax guidance for small businesses.
• State licenses/certificates or ability to obtain them; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prep for consumer and business clients at TurboTax locations.
• Develop client relationships and offer tax planning and advisory services year-round.
• Reference Intuit ecosystem to introduce bookkeeping, payroll, and other services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Act as community ambassador for TurboTax in local events and marketing efforts.
