You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, while building lasting client relationships and expanding the local customer base. You will work on-site in a retail setting, collaborating with a team to offer holistic financial services and guidance, including bookkeeping and payroll support when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong tax preparation experience for individuals and businesses.
• Experience serving both consumer and business clients in person.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide proactive guidance.
• Knowledge of common tax scenarios and planning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and foster long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-store and via available tools.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and other specialists as needed.
