Job summary

Intuit, a leader in financial software, seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to perform on-site tax preparation for individuals and business entities at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will own client relationships, deliver tax strategy and planning, collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, and help grow TurboTax's presence in local communities while providing first-rate customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with federal and state returns for multiple clients.
• Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with 30+ returns per year.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience advising businesses on tax strategy and planning.
• State licenses or ability to obtain; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong communication skills.
