Intuit is seeking an on-site TurboTax Retail Expert to provide tax preparation services for individuals and business entities. You will act as a trusted advisor, owning relationships with clients in a TurboTax Retail or flagship store, and help grow the local client base through community engagement and proactive outreach.

You will deliver personalized tax strategy and preparation, while coordinating with bookkeeping support and offering related Intuit solutions.

Competenze

• 3+ years of personal and business tax preparation experience

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumers and business clients (S-corp, partnership, etc.)
• Develop relationships, upsell complementary Intuit services, and deliver proactive tax planning
• Work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location and ensure high quality customer experience
