Job summary

Younger Partners in Dallas is seeking a Retail Broker to lead leasing and investment services for landlord and investor clients in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will prospect tenants, conduct site tours, negotiate lease and sale terms, and prepare proposals and documentation for transactions.

You will analyze market data, track competitive properties, build financial models and deal summaries, contribute to marketing materials, and coordinate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client

Qualifications

Role Description

The Retail Broker at Younger Partners will focus on retail leasing and investment services for landlord and investor clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and cultivating tenant and owner relationships, conducting site tours, negotiating lease and sale terms, and preparing proposals and transaction documentation. The role also involves analyzing market data, tracking competitive properties, preparing financial models and deal summaries, and contributing to marketing materials and listing strategies. The broker will collaborate closely with colleagues to share market intelligence and coordinate client service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong commercial real estate and brokerage skills, including experience with retail leasing, landlord representation, and investment transactions.
• Candidates should possess market analysis and financial skills, such as interpreting market data, preparing basic financial models, and evaluating deal economics.
• Candidates should possess client service and relationship-building skills, including the ability to develop new business, maintain client relationships, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess negotiation and transaction management skills, with experience drafting letters of intent, coordinating due diligence, and managing timelines and documentation.
• Candidates should possess organizational and technology skills, including proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentation software, and maintaining accurate records.
• Relevant experience in commercial retail real estate within the Dallas/Fort Worth region is strongly preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is beneficial.
• Texas real estate salesperson or broker license, or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe, is required.
