Job summary

Younger Partners in Dallas is seeking a Retail Broker to lead leasing and investment services for landlord and investor clients in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will prospect tenants, conduct site tours, negotiate lease and sale terms, and prepare proposals and documentation for transactions.

You will analyze market data, track competitive properties, build financial models and deal summaries, contribute to marketing materials, and coordinate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leasing and landlord representation.
• Ability to analyze market data and build basic financial models.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience drafting LOIs, coordinating due diligence, and managing timelines and documentation.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Experience in Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate preferred.
