We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker with expertise in the Dallas-Fort Worth retail market. This role involves performing retail leasing activities and developing a strong network of tenant, broker, and owner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source new tenants and build industry relationships
• Negotiate, analyze, and close lease transactions
• Conduct market surveys and cold calls
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Stay informed on demographics, traffic patterns, and market trends
• Keep updated on competitor data and rental rates
• Lead and mentor junior team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Texas Real Estate License required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Real Estate preferred
• 3-5 years of retail leasing experience with a strong deal sheet
• Experience in canvassing and cold calling
