Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Real Estate Broker role based in The Woodlands, TX. The broker will source and manage client relationships, identify and evaluate commercial properties, and provide guidance on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new business, conducting property tours, preparing financial and market analyses, and creating proposals and marketing materials. The role also involves negotiating lease and sale terms, coordinating transaction processes, and working closely with internal teams across brokerage, capital, and development. The successful candidate will maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and represent clients with professionalism and integrity throughout each transaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate skills, with experience in listing, marketing, and closing transactions.
• Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation, including structuring terms that align with client objectives.
