Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co is seeking a PINK Manager to lead exceptional customer and associate experiences that grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role guides Brand Supervisors with direction, prioritization, and coaching to ensure consistent execution.

This position reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role emphasizes visual execution, product storytelling, and leveraging insights to drive performance while maintaining brand standards across Sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to drive results.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, plus frequent standing and movement.

Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• Ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect Brand guidance and objectives.
• Owns visual execution and translates brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors while protecting the customer experience tone.
• Leverage category insights using company tools and reports to drive performance.
• Oversee sales floor and fitting room standards; support talent lifecycle with hiring decisions and performance management.
• Direct reports may include PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates; lead in higher volume or complex environments.
