Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK business.
• Ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect Brand guidance.
• Own visual execution and translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Lead talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Direct reports such as PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates as assigned.
• Lead in higher volume or more complex stores to drive performance and direction.
