The Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to lead exceptional customer and associate experiences, driving brand top-line sales in a dynamic store environment.

This role partners with Store Leadership to coach PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates, ensuring visual standards, product storytelling, and daily execution reflect the brand's guidance. In higher volume stores, the PINK Manager directs performance, collaborates on talent decisions, and ensures alignment with company policy

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and brand experiences to grow sales within PINK.
• Own visual execution and translate brand direction into daily actions.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the customer experience.
• Provide category insights using company tools and reports.
• Oversee sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Partner with Store Manager to manage talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring.
• Direct reports: PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates as assigned.
• Lead performance and direction of the business in higher volume or complex environments.
