Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow store top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate action to achieve results.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in formal and informal settings.

Responsibilities

• Visual execution by translating brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors to maintain the customer’s emotional experience.
• Category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Talent lifecycle management, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Direct reports including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates as assigned.
• Lead performance and direction in higher volume or more complex environments.
