Job summary

AEO in Smithfield, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and drive loyalty program sign-ups while upholding our values.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, handling multiple tasks with a friendly, proactive approach to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for every guest. Prior retail experience is a plus.

• Energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to getting the job done.
