Job summary

Erie, PA-based AEO store is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily. You’ll greet guests, share product details, and help them find what they need while embodying our Real Good values.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, promote our loyalty program, and partner with the team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience, even during busy evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers and build brand loyalty.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
