Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Atlanta is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and provide guests with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, love the products, and will share AE & Aerie passion with every guest.

In this role you’ll switch between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, promote the loyalty program, and resolve guest concerns with integrity while following policy.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• High energy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
