Job summary

Advantage-Solutions seeks a Retail Client Service Manager to directly manage a portfolio of clients and act as the strategic liaison between the client and internal sales teams. You will ensure client satisfaction, drive brand success, and nurture long-term relationships across accounts.

You will also support a senior manager, collaborating on execution, communication, and strategic planning to ensure seamless client service delivery. Strong analytical and presentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience Requirements: 2-4 years’ experience in relevant field
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic brand liaison between client and internal sales teams, ensuring client satisfaction and brand success
• Support a senior client service manager with an extended portfolio of clients and assist in execution, communication, and strategic planning
• Build foundational understanding of core brand and sales drivers and their impact on brand success
• Maintain understanding of category reviews as sales opportunities and monitor retail market trends
