Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Westlake, OH is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and provide shoppers with an amazing experience. You will be the face of the brand, sharing product details, guiding selections, and promoting the loyalty program.

You’ll flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while upholding policies and delivering exceptional service. Must be at least 16 years old and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done and adhere to policies.
