Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every guest in Sunbury, OH.

You will educate guests on AE/Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding brand values and policies. This role values energy, people skills, and a passion for retail.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
