Aerie in Gainesville, FL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our brand values. You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, share loyalty benefits, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

This role requires energy, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays;

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests on the sales floor using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns in line with policy.
• Support team to achieve store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity.
