Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE and Aerie brand to life in-store.

You will provide an amazing shopping experience, help guests find the right products, and promote loyalty programs while representing the brand with energy and integrity. You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering friendly service and solving guest concerns in line with store policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Navigate Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
