Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience for every guest, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs. Flexibility across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom is essential.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and delivering a friendly shopping experience.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced store environment.
• Experience in retail helps you hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to shoppers.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done and support store goals.
