Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador in Nags Head, NC. You will greet guests, help them find the right products, and create a shopping experience that leaves them smiling as they leave.

You’ll share AE & Aerie product knowledge, explain the loyalty program, and adapt to busy store needs across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. Prior retail experience and a friendly, energetic attitude are a must.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic, friendly, and able to multi-task.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products they love.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie items and features.
• Promote the loyalty program and brand channels.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals.
• Uphold brand values and provide excellent service.
