Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Nags Head, NC. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program. You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving problems and helping the team meet daily goals while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
