Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Concord, NC. You will bring the brand to life, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You love AE/Aerie products and will educate customers, promote the loyalty program, and represent the brand with energy and integrity on the sales floor. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, be available evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be at least 18 years

Qualifications

• Retail experience in customer-facing roles.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO selling model to help them find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make confident recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and help teammates get the job done.
