Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Greenville, NC. You will bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You'll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Strong guest service and energy are a must.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
• Adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.
