Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store.

You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, helping guests find exactly what they need while representing AE values and your real self. You’ll educate customers on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across the Salesfloor, Cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers.
• Experience in retail or brand ambassador roles is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while upholding company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and maintain integrity.
