You love engaging guests, educating them on AE & Aerie products, and promoting the loyalty program. Flexibility to move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to engage customers with enthusiasm and brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist with product needs.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and loyalty program.
• Flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies.
• Support team to achieve store goals.
