Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Raleigh, NC to create a memorable shopping experience for every guest.

You will represent the brand with energy, knowledge of AE & Aerie products, and a genuine, friendly demeanor as you assist across salesfloor, fitting room, stockroom, and cash wrap. You will promote the loyalty program and engage guests with brand channels, while providing proactive service and solutions aligned with store policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help find what they're looking for, with a friendly, friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed to support store goals.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while respecting company policies.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
